SHIPPING:
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please note that processing times can vary, but we try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
We know that sometimes you need your items quickly, so we offer 3 methods of shipping, to be charged accordingly:
1. Standard - you should receive your order in 5-7 business days
2. Expedited - you should receive your order in 2-3 business days
3. Next day - you should receive your order in 1-2 business days
Orders received prior to 10 am EST, during normal business hours, are processed the same day.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If eligible item(s) are returned within this time-frame, in the same condition as when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the item purchase.
All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
We insure all original paintings during shipping. In the unlikely event that your painting suffers damage in transit, photograph the package immediately, as it was received as well as the item itself. If there was damage caused during shipping, the shipping company must be notified immediately.
Email the photos to cjbognar@att.net along with a description of the damage.
Please note that all artwork and custom pieces are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All custom sales are considered final.
